List existing templates
  --walletdb <value>       Wallet DB file. (mandatory)
Command: templates add [options]
Add a new templates
  --walletdb <value>       Wallet DB file. (mandatory)
  --template-name <value>  Name of the template. (mandatory)
  --lock-template <value>  Template template. (mandatory)
